About Me

{andrew vickers}

my attitude and character

When I was a little kid, if I wasn't drawing I was fooling around on a Tandy 1000 with its terrible paint software, or screwing up something my I had to fix. That was one of the benefits of having a dad who owned a Radio Shack. Memories and experiences such as those have made me the creator and tech guru I am today.

I am very passionate about the industry I am involved with, and at a young age I received national recognition for my work. From my childhood it was just natural for me to become the designer-coder-troubleshooter-decision maker guy. This diverse skill set is evident throughout my entire career, be it web, multimedia, motion, branding, or print.

My goal is to make you successful. There is no limit to what I am capable of. My desire is to be challenged and to challenge potential clients to think outside-the-box and provide them with a well thought out and executed solution. Content is no longer king, the people and the community are. Not only will I give you what you want, but also what your users want.

On a more personal note I'm obsessed with music, photography, cooking and my dogs.

I'm a huge Prog Rock fan, and find myself on www.progarchives.com every day. I was a big "Floyd-nut" in high school, but now find myself appreciating anything that Steven Wilson is involved with.

I love my pets, they are my kids. I have a great dane,black lab and a cat. My house is full of hair...which makes up for "the lack there of" on my head. I can't seem to stay out of the kitchen, and in that time I've created once of the best batches of salsa you'll ever taste.
